Our Why: Why We Exist
In rural Nigeria, families still walk miles each day for unsafe water.
We exist to change that.
At Touch Root Foundation, we envision a different reality - one where clean, safe water flows within walking distance of homes.
A reality where children, especially girls, are free to attend school, grow, and build their futures instead of spending hours collecting water.
We believe that when this basic need is met, everything changes.
Health improves. Education increases. Economic potential expands.
Access to clean water gives communities the foundation they need to break cycles of poverty - no matter where they live.
We are a 501c 3 organization. 100% of your donations goes directly to the project.
How We Do It
We unite mission-aligned partners in the United States with high-need rural communities in Nigeria to create sustainable, lasting impact.
Every project begins with listening.
Through our local ground team, we work hand-in-hand with community leaders to identify the areas of greatest need. Together, we plan, design, and implement durable water systems built to endure.
Our approach ensures:
Strategic site selection based on verified need
Strong local partnership and shared ownership
Long-term sustainability through community training
We don’t just build infrastructure. We build systems communities can sustain for generations.
So join us in transforming lives. Every contribution you make, goes directly to funding these impactful projects.
